We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Lead Bartender to join our team and help us create unforgettable cocktail experiences for our guests.
Position: Lead Bartender
Location: Walnut Creek, CA
Job Description:
As our Lead Bartender, you will play a key role in shaping the beverage program at La Ezkina Grill & Cantina. You will have the opportunity to craft and serve delicious cocktails inspired by Mexican fusion cuisine, while leading a team of bartenders to provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of original and classic cocktails with a Mexican twist.
- Lead the bar team, providing guidance and support to ensure fast and high-quality service.
- Maintain bar inventory and manage supplies to ensure efficient operation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop beverage pairings that complement our Mexican fusion menu.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-quality restaurant or bar.
- Deep knowledge of cocktails and mixology skills, preferably with experience in Mexican-themed cocktails.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
